I need some wine suggestions for our brunch reception.
– Continental Station (Assortment of bagels, muffins & danish, smoked slamon, fresh tomato & onion slices)
– Pasta Station (two pastas served with a mesculin green salad and balsamic vinagerette)
– Quiche Station (two signature quiches)
– Waffle Station (toppings include: whipped butter, strawberry sauce, bananas & ice cream)
What are some inexpensive wines that pair well with our menu? We are planning to serve wine, beer, champagne & vodka (for the breakfast-y drinks) only at the reception. I want the best, cost-effetive ($10 & under a bottle) beverages.
