Hi there hive!
Fi & I have been invited to a Christening (will be our first one, ever). Since I do not come from a religious family, I’m not familiar with what the couple/baby expect from its guests. Do we give a gift? Do people give cash?
I remember coming across some adorable figurines/keepsakes at lenox.com for Christenings, I thought I’d do something like that, but feel that maybe that along with cash is what is expected?
What do you bee’s suggest?

Usually people give cash but you can give a religious gift, like a little cross necklace or earring… or something like that.

@MsSparklyBee: If cash, it’s suppose to be for the child, right? The parents are supposed to save it for them?

Child’s first bible, savings bond, picture frames with religious sayings, and nice trinket honestly. When my child has his Christening I didnt expect a single thing so every gift was very appreciated!

The money is for the child, you can also do a savings bond. Parents usually take whatever money they receive & open the childs 1st savings account.
