It’s strange that Saks doesn’t have Louboutins to try on for sizing. I would also recommend Barneys or Bergdorff if there is one near.

In my experience, Louboutin sizing depends on the shoe. I have both sizes 37.5 and 38, though normally I am a 7.5. For strappy sandals though, you have more room for error, so a 6.5 should be fine for you.

Neiman Marcus carries Louboutins.  I tend to round up (in your case, I would try size 7) since I think in general, they run small.

neiman’s has a ton of louboutins-  if there is a neiman’s near you, i am sure they have something you can try on in a 36.5 or a 37.

They can run a little narrow.  So for someone with wide feet (like me) I am usually a 36.5 in most shoes but I buy 37 in Louboutin.  Mostly for the width.  Though as someone posted earlier, the open toe strappy shoe is a bit more flexible (I ended up buying 36.5 in some peep toe sling back Louboutins I’m wearing at my wedding but would have preferred a 37).

I’m a 36.5, but in Louboutin i’m definately a 37–in their boots, heels, slingbacks, etc.

I tend to round up half a size- I’m a 8 (38 AAA) abd I go to 38.5 and sometimes 39.

I always go half size up in Louboutins.  I’m a pretty solid 5 in most shoes but Louboutin’s, I always get 5.5.
