I’m in the same situation as you! My BF has been dropping hints and my mom made an appointment for me to get my nails done for my “Christmas present”. It’s such an exciting time!!!

I’m thinking this may be a possibility for me. We play santa for the kids, sit back and look at the tree and it happens. The ring will be here by then.

I was engaged last year on christmas eve, and it was the most perfect way he could have ever done it. The only time my entire family is together is christmas eve, and I got to spend the whole night basking not only in the joy of having my family around, but showing everyone my new ring and amazing fiancé.

Downside?

I wasn’t expecting it so I didn’t wear waterproof makeup. I looked like a troll the rest of the night – but a happy troll. Lol.

GOOD LUCK LADIES! Christmas eve proposals are amazing.

anabolina :  I’m in the same boat!! My other half has the ring and spoke with my parents. He’s been dropping hints right and left about what we will be doing and different things he has planned. He also seems overly giddy, but he could just be trying to throw me off.

How exciting, sounds like there’s a chance it will be then! I’m not sure if my Fiance will propose on Christmas Eve, but he has been hinting about my present. First he was teasing me and saying “nope, you’re not getting anything this year!” with a smirk. Then this morning he was joking around and asked me to wrap his present for me!! He said it was small and you could only open it one way, then motioned like he was opening a small box. I guess we’ll see! tongue-out Happy holidays!

Congrats bee, I love your ring! Is it a sapphire? Honestly don’t listen to your sister, she sounds very bitter. Don’t let her spoil your engagement memories!
