Magic Cookie bars!!!!!!

Or my mom used to make this thing where you put choclate chip cookie dough in the bottom of a baking dish, then creamcheese (kind of cheesecakey) filling, then another layer of cookie dough. Bake and delicious.

Also, Future Mother-In-Law make these amazing ritz cracker peanut butter sandwhiches and then coats them in chocolate. OUt of this world good.

We had oreo cheesecake truffles as favors at our wedding and people were literally begging for the recipe/stealing them from other people. They’re super simple and freaking delicious! Not exactly different, but so good!

Take 1 package of oreo cookies and grind them in a food processor. Add 1 package of cream cheese, form into balls. Let set in the fridge/freezer then dip in milk/dark chocolate.

I have the BEST nanaimo bar recipe that my grandma and I make together every year.  Every person who has eaten one has said it is the best nanaimo bar they have ever had – SO much better than store bought.
