@nineteen87:  My sister first had this, then a few years later, I did too! It was a long time ago, but itched like nothing else and I used a whole bottle of calamine lotion. I just looked up what else may help, antihistamines and topical steroids. You can get non-drowsy ones, whenever I have them though, I take the drowsy ones just at night time because they help me sleep.

I hope it goes away soon!

Oh my God. I was just thinking about this yesterday. I had this about six months ago and God it was so random and annoying. My doctor prescribed me some sort of topical cream but on the side I used lemon juice. It seemed to ease my itchiness a bit. It lasted about five weeks in total and then went away. Showering makes it really bad apparently so limit the shower time if you can! I hope it goes away soon.
