I do! I used to feel embarassed, which made it even worse. I realized that there is absolutely nothing I can do to stop it or lessen it, so I’ve just embraced it and learned to make fun of it. The funny thing is though that ever since I changed my attitude about it, I blush way less.

Yup. I was just as bad if not worse than you. I still do it every now and then, but before it used to happen multiple times a day. I joined Toastmasters a few years ago and it really helped with my public speaking confidence. Not just for stuff like presentations, but even one on one interactions. I’ve also been forced out of my comfort zone by my boss over the past few years, and had to suck it up and do presentations. I think the longer I’ve been in the work environment, the more it’s helped. I’m still pretty introverted but I don’t blush as much. It’s just awful.

I feel like there is no rhyme or reason to my blushing, it happens at the worst times and is embarrassing. It makes me nervous for my wedding day and photos.
