I think adding something on the end of the pews (bows, flowers ect) would add to it then with the white ponisettias would be lovely. Possibly add some red for contrast at the alter but it is a lovely church.

I agree, maybe some pew bows/flowers, but not too much more.  We really didn’t do any decorating of our church as it was SUPER ornate, and we got a lot of compliments later about the focus being really on us and the Mass.

@BeccaBee83: Yup, indeed.  Though, here’s a picture from my wedding for reference…(guest cell phone shot, hence the funky angle).  Your church is much more simple, so I think you can add some bows/flowers/aisle runner and still keep thing pretty “clean” looking.

A white or a light gold might look lovely without screaming “Christmas.”  ๐Ÿ™‚

I think red may look more Christmas than you want, especially with ponsettias, since they are very much a Christmas sort of flower, but the white less so than red ones. Gold might be very striking for an aisle runner.

I agree maybe a few pew decorations but the white looks great and will work well with red and gold

We did a mix of pew flowers and bows for our aisle and it worked out really well!  It saved us some money in terms of florals and still looked beautiful!

Oh and another idea that we did, hung frames with our e pics on the pews alternating with flower cones. Everyone seemed to think it was an awesome idea. You could use any number of pictures, not just e pics.

Here is ours!
