Most of the military couples I know don’t even mention that they got married prior to the ceremony (I’m a military wife so I see this ALL of the time) and if they did that is their business. If people ask, sure you can mention it if you want to but you’re in no way obligated to do so. 

If you want to call it a celebration of marriage then do so.
