So I have a bit of a problem. Our wedding colors are the traditionally Vietnamese red and gold. To make them a bit more modern, we made the gold a pale champagne hue.
My Vietnamese traditional dress will be in those colors, my shoes are champagne, our invitations are those colors. Here’s where we run into the problem. When it comes to dressing in the Western style, I’m finding that silver works with everything better. My e-ring is white gold, the bridesmaids picked out red and silver jewelry. Even my white wedding dress looks better with silver/white gold jewelry.
So what do I do? At this point, my options are thus:
1.) Embrace the new addition with open arms. Would this make my girls and I stand out in a good way or just look tacky?2.) Look for red jewelry. This option could work since it is our colors and the BMs are wearing red jewelry too.
