My Neice will be able to get a class ring this year and is really excited about it. She asked me to help her out with it lol I was looking through her ring book with her today helping her pick out ideas and showed her my class ring. I love all jewelry so I had fun looking at rings with her today haha. I was just curious if any Bees ordered either a HS or College class ring. If so did you get your school color, birthstone or just fave color? Dig them out and post pics if you can!!!

I got an HS class ring and a college ring (no pics, sorry). Both were blue, which was an easy pick for me, as my school colors included blue at both schools, and my birthstone is a sapphire, and I just like the traditional look of it. In high school, I think the only style they offered was the one, very traditional style (with the round-ish stone). In college I was able to pick the style of ring and got a more ladylike one with a thin, rectangular stone.
I actually have been meaning to get my college ring resized so I can continue to wear it. Or get liposuction on my finger. 😛

I have a high school class ring. It doesn’t look like a traditional class ring at all. Haven’t worn it in forever though it feels so cheap compared to my gold wedding band.

I got a HS ring. The stone is my birthstone (aquamarine). On one side of the ring, I got my name and my school’s mascot. On the other side, I got a softball logo thingy with my number. I think the metal was celestrium or something. It was the cheapest one. The first thing I ever bought with my own money and I was making a whooping $5.15 an hour. lol.

I have the same ring as MissAsB, except with a garnet in the center! My mom bought it for me when I graduated from college.

It was really popular to get your birthstone when I was in HS. I kind of wish I had been a little traditional and gotten one of my school colors instead. My grandmothers class ring is the same design as mine. I didnt even know until after I ordered my ring! I thought that was really cool 🙂

@MrsRuby: That’s very similar to the design of my college ring, only I think my band is thinner, and the stone isn’t flanked by the dates. The shape of the stone is the same, and I also have the little crest or whatever on top of it.

Mine does not look like a traditional class ring at all. I got my ring from Josten’s way back when. I don’t have any pictures but it is the Fantasia ring with the sapphire because that is my favorite stone and also my birthstone.
