schmeebee85 :  In the end, I was content with my customer service experience and just decided the ring/stone wasn’t for me. It’s their Sol238a setting and I think you’ll be plenty happy with the F1, I only chose the AGS cut because I wanted a diamond-like stone.

Claw! To me it’s just added elegance.  🙂

schmeebee85 :  That is pretty funny! In terms of similarity to a diamond, it had a similar profile (the crown angle is a bit steeper than other Moissanite cuts) and thus there is a bit more depth to it and slightly less sparkle. Though it still threw off more rainbow than my diamond. The AGS was the same cost as the F1 H&A at MoissaniteCo. Here’s a nice little breakdown from left to right, AGS moissanite, F1 H&A, Ideal cut diamond:

love claw prongs but like others mentioned you have to get the right designer, not all can do them well; a good claw should blend well, unless you’re going for an obvious class prong look as an accent to the ring.

my ring has delicate claw prongs

schmeebee85 :  claw prongs all the way!! I think they’re so elegant and allow more of the stone to shine
