I’m planning a bachelorette party/lingerie shower for a bride, but I want to respect her religious views. With that being said, typical alcohol and penis decor, games or whatever is out. I want to go with a zebra theme, but I’m not having much luck with finding enough decor. Any ideas?
I think paper lanterns would be cool to hang from the ceiling (all the garland and decor I can find has both martini glasses and high heels, so that’s a no-go), but they’re pretty pricey. And when I say paper lanterns, I mean just the look of them. They don’t have to actually work. Lol

The zebra ribbon and cake ideas are super cute! But is it a possibility to go out to eat somewhere instead? We found out that with one of my showers that it would actually be cheaper to go out to eat with the 8 people that would be coming than doing anything at our house. We went to Maggiano’s and we got a dessert plate for free because we told them it was a wedding shower.
Just a thought 🙂

LOL, I just saw that you’re in Georgia too 🙂 The Maggiano’s at perimeter mall and cumberland are great! I have a ton of other wedding related suggestions in the area, PM me if you’d like more info!

Paper lanterns don’t have to be pricey! I did pretty extensive research on them, and found these to be the cheapest by far: http://www.paperlanternstore.com
