Hi Bees. So this month I started using the CB Fertility Monitor. I was wondering if those of you who have used it could share some wisdom. I know the first time you use it, you don’t always get a peak reading. So far, I have had 5 days of “high” readings, and I’m at CD 17. From what I understand from my WondFo OPKs, I ovulate around CD 15. I think it’s too late in my cycle to still be getting “high” readings. What do you guys think is going on?

Yes, the monitor can take several cycles to “learn” your schedule. However, with me, I kept getting highs, but no peaks. The monitor has you test in the AM. For the first few months I did the monitor in the AM, then I did the disposable OPK tests in the evening (approx 12 hours apart). I found out that I ovulate in the evenings, so it actually misses my ovulation peaks with the monitor.

Wow, I hadn’t even considered that possibility. Thank you.

I have been using the CB fertility monitor and only received peak results this month. It’s frustrating to spend so much money on a product that is supposed to take the guess work out (at least most of the guest work out). Like one of the other bee’s here, I test in the AM and I use both the CB test and wondfu’s just to be sure they return the same result.

I know what you mean. I feel like I wasted my money. I’m more confused this month, than I was while just using Wondfo OPKs.
