@newtonbride2011 I’m really glad you got a hold of them @enarcy I’d recommend giving yourself a deadline like if I can’t get ahold of them by—then I’m moving on. Good luck!

If you can’t contact them now, I’d consider it a sign.  I wouldn’t do business with them.

I feel like if people aren’t SO EXCITED to be paid, then I’m not so excited to pay them. I contacted a few hair stylists and makeup artists that I never hard from, so I moved on. Good luck! Where’s your wedding?

I don’t constanly try to contact a vendor to GIVE them my business.  When I was looking for vendors, I’d blast an email out to a list of people I was interested in… and that was it.  I only worked with people that responded, and within a timely matter.

I don’t know if anyone is interested, but I recently booked Grace. She just hired an Operations Manager which has made getting in contact with her much, much easier. I totally understand some people might be frustrated, but for those still interested/looking, I’ve seen a much better response lately.

@pinkandsparkly – My wedding is in Burlington as well.  I am using Pyara Salon for my hair and makeup.  http://www.pyaraaveda.com/

I had a similar experience with blushing brides.  I had contacted them and filled out a contract with them.  After that I heard nothing.  I called and emailed MANY times but never got a response and had yet to set up a trial.  A few weeks before the wedding, I gave up. They then had called me back 3 DAYS before my wedding asking when I would want my trial.  I told them I already had booked another vendor and they needed to work on their customer service. I ended up contacting Sara Faella and was able to get one of her fabulous Glam Squad members.  They were amazing to work with–I had the stylists cell phone number and could easily contact her and was given a trial even though it was just a couple weeks before the wedding.

Im sorry this is so frustrating. I would say give up, since March is a long time to go unanswered. You shouldnt have to beg vendors to answer your questions or work with you. There are other businesses that will be excited to take your business.
