dawnsrad :  I got the medium or 160g but honestly my hair is so fine anwyay and the extensions so long we didn’t use all the wefts. I could have easily done 120g and been fine for me. The color was Mocha Brown and my hair normally is very dark brown. My stylist just had me hold them while she curled them then clipped them in. I did the same when I used them for a NYE party. Luxy has a ton of informative videos if you want to know more or what to expect.

rdm2rda :  I’m currently saving up for them.  There was a gal in his salon the last time I was there who had them and couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable they were.

I have some Cashmere hair clip in extentions.  I’ve only worn them a couple of times to try them out and I found them uncomfortable and they tended to slip in my fine hair.  I’m not sure how they would have been just for day of wedding hair.  I have Babe brand tape in extensions now that I am trying out before my wedding.  I really like them – aside from being longer to blow dry my hair!  I might keep them for a while – they need to be moved up every 4-8 weeks depending on your hair growth so that is a bit of a hassle.  Another one to look at is a halo type of hair extension like these, but I am not sure how they would be for styling.  I was going to try those but I like the tape ins https://www.hiddencrownhair.com/

I used Bellami hair and I loved them! I did bring them in to my hairdresser when I got my hair colored right before the wedding so she could make sure it “matched”, but they come with kind of 3 tone highlights so they are supposed to blend in with any hair colour. They’re good quality and fairly affordable, and I still use them. They’re easy to put in on my own and to style. I do have fairly thick hair so I used them mostly to add a little bit of length.

Here’s a picture- my real hair goes slightly below my shoulders:

I’m not sure what brand mine are but I absolutely love them. As long as you buy good quality, they will hold up. My hair stylist highlighted my extensions to match my hair too. They added a ton of length & enough thickness for me to curl them (I can’t curl without extensions bc my hair is so thin it looks bad)

andygirl :  I have a halo & clip ins. For a wedding where hair is going to be styled I think clip ins would work better. For every day use, I prefer my halo!
