So my wedding is this Saturday — it’s coming up fast! I’ve had a bit of a dramatic journey when it comes to my hair … as a curly-haired person, this is pretty much par for the course for me though.
Anyway, I’ve decided to do my own hair and wear it in a low pony swept to one side with my natural curls and a crown braid in the front. It looks pretty good — I’ve been growing my hair out from a pixie cut for a year and a half to be able to do this (I wanted to grow it out anyway, the wedding was an excuse to stay away from the impulse scissors). However, my hair is still a little short for the style. I’m considering adding clip-in extensions, but I have NO idea what to buy or look for!
Does anyone who knows a bit more about this have any advice?

@dreamhazer I got my hairdresser to order my extensions for me. She used the colour samples to get the perfect match for my hair. When they came in she gave me a full demo of how to put them in and told me how to take care of them and style them 🙂

I use luxyhair.com, jet black ones. They blend with my hair perfectly, I love them. I bought the thickest one for my wedding.

I purchased my hair extensions from a company called http://www.haircomesthebride.com they actually were the company responsible for my hair and make-up. I LOVED mine. I have short, lifeless, limp hair and these added so much volume and length. I would highly recomend them. Here’s a pic.

@dreamhazer I am also wearing clip in extensions for my big day. I am a hairstylist and knew exactly how I wanted my hair to look for the big day. I advise all my clients who want clip in extensions to go with Euronext Hair Extensions sold at sally’s. They are such a deal for human hair. They match perfectly and curl so easily. Any Sally’s Beauty supply sells them. They come in 14,18,and 21 in i beleive. I went with 18 and they are plenty long. I have been letting my hair grow out in hopes of my texture but it’s just passed my shoulders and with fine hair..you just have to have extensions. I”m including a picture so you can see how great the color match is to my own. I hope this helps!! Oh and they are soo so easy to clip in! They also give you two free strands and clips in case you need just a little extra on the sides.

@dreamhazer I just bought mine this afternoon at Sally’s! I got the 18inch ones. They were helpful in picking the right color for me. Get the human hair ones, they are the best for styling! Mine are Remi brand.
