Has anyone on here ever installed those white wire-looking closet organizers before? I am thinking of ripping out the one I have now in our 2nd bedrooms’ tiny closet where I keep my crafting supplies. I just am really nervous about re-installing a new one. I am planning on painting the walls/spackling where the holes were and putting up new shelves. I just want to make sure the shelves are strong so they hold all my crap!

I installed some in our laundry room and it holds all of my cleaning and laundry supplies. They were also installed in all our closets when we built and they hold alot of clothes! Make sure you use the anchors and try not to put them in any existing holes, even spackled, from the old shelves.

@MissGreen: gah good point…I will avoid the spackled holes. HAHA to think I didnt think about that!!
I was going to try to salvage the existing system, but I am thinking it might be easier to go to Lowe’s and just get another one. 1. there are a million holes in the back wall of this closet and 2. the way the original shelving was put in is very hodge podge. ughhh hahah i just want modern, clean closets!

I did the stainless steele ones back at my old house. It was easy. Just needed a level, stud finder, and a drill.
This is the one that I put in and really I did it in a few hours and I took my time to make sure it was all level and spaced properly

@tksjewelry: I love that. That’s what I’m going for, so I hope it is as easy for me as it was for you! I have all the old shelving down now, am working on spackling. ugh. so many holes!
