That could be from any number of products… Laura Mercier makes a powder that can do it, NARS has a stick.. In fact, I bet you could walk up to any make up counter and they’d have a product for you!

Take the pic to an esthetician. There are many ways to get this glowy look including mixing an illuminator with your makeup base.

Looks like a gold/brown on the eyes, a coral blush, and a muted pink/coral lipstick.  I personally think BeneFit makes the best lipsticks!

Edit:  Does anyone else think she has a tan around sunglasses on her face?

I personally love Estee Lauder’s Spotlight Skin Tone Perfector. It gives you that dewy glow even when your skin is completely drab and lifeless in the morning. Make sure to wet your face first so it soaks in deeper. You can either put it on by itself, or mix it in with your foundation; it’s not particularly moisturizing though, so if you have drier skin like I do, put another moisturizer on underneath. It’s a bit pricey – I think $40 a tube, but it lasts forever since you only need a dime-sized amount, not even. I would recommend going to a department store makeup counter and giving it a try free of charge 🙂
