ME!! My wedding dress is waaay to small.. When I bought it, it was maybe 1-2 sizes to small ,but I tried it on over the christmas break and it was no where near fitting (I might of been bloated with all the Christmas food), but still it’s very nerve racking! Good luck!

Yep. I’m super bloated from 3 weeks of little excersise and eating like a horse. So, back to the usual starting Monday, hitting the gym, and eating healthy 🙂 Goodluck!!!

Ugh I know the feeling! All my favorite jeans seem to be too tight. Argh!

Well,  I dropped my Y membership a couple of months ago because I knew that with the holidays coming on plus getting ready to move in with my Fiance (now DH), odds were slim to none that I would be hitting the gym regularly.

I have been cheating right and left for the past two weeks or so. My clothes still seem to be fitting but I just have a funny feeling I’ve gained weight. Sugar cookies, cocktails, champagne and wine just about every night, all kinds of snacks at night…. there is no way I haven’t gained weight.

I’m not hitting the gym yet but tomorrow I do plan to buy a new weighing scale at Target. I’m sure when I step on and see that scary number, it will yank me back to reality really fast. I think I will go back to Weight Watchers and count points. That always seems to work for me when I want to drop 5 or 10 lbs.

Monitoring the way your clothes fit is the best way to maintain the proper weight–good for you for figuring it out sooner than later!
