Were having a short cocktail hour at the start of our reception. Were having a more laid back weddin at a park. We rented a tent, buffet dinner with a carving station, etc. I’m thinking of doin veggie trays and cheese/ cracker trays myself. My question is how much do I make? Were planning on 130-140 people total. For the veggies I was thinking just carrots, celery, grape tomatoes and broccoli. I just have no idea on amounts!
