How about putting hor d’oeuvres and some drinks out? How large will the wedding be? If you have over 100 adults they may not have a lot of access to the stations. I mean, how many people can be at the photobooth at the same time? I think it will be fine though, I mean its only for an hour, right?

Also, Im on the boat that believes a Gift station/honeymoon fund is tacky. Is this normal for your area?

How about a station with a signature non-alcoholic drink, like fresh squeezed lemonade, sodas, or coffee?  You could make it a seasonal drink, and I think your guests would like something to go with the popcorn.

I would add  a beverage station- water and lemonade or punch. The more comfortable your guests are, the longer they will comfortably wait for dinner.

Count me as another non-supporter of the honeymoon fund. Your guests have already incurred expenses to attend your wedding, and presumably most of them will give you a gift. Begging for more money is a no in my book.

A drink station like other posters said would be nice as well as little munchies for people (cheap stuff like fruit platter, chips and dip, veggies and dip).  We’re not having alcohol at our cocktail hour so basically it’s a mocktail hour just so we can kill time while we take pics and or guests to mingle.  We’ll have refreshments though.

Maybe instead of a candy bar, a cookie bar?  You can make 200 cookies in about a day and freeze them.

I’d say go easy: make a ton of sugar cookies.  Put out some frosting, knives, sprinkles, colored sugar, etc.
