OOO! We had these black raspberry peach martinis that were really yummy! I ended up buying the black raspberry schnapps but if you bought red raspbery, they’d be peachy/orange (pretty much a light orange sherbert color) and pink! They were REALLY yummy and everyone loved it.

I would do some sort of rum drink. Nothing says the beach like rum! I’ll brainstorm and get back to you! 🙂

epicurious.com has a good drink recipe search feature. You might want to try that.

they werent that strong. a little vodka, a little raspberry schnapps, but a lot of that peach mix and ice. The peach mix is a little on the heavier/sweeter side, so you can’t just chug them down, but they make a nice sipper drink. I would imagine apple juice would be a nice flavor to throw in there to water it down though.

Pineapple, orange juice, and coconut rum…I could drink that combination any time…and it is orange!  I just love it because it doesn’t ever have a strong alcohol taste…just really refreshing, and it always makes me think of the beach when I smell coconut rum!  I think it is called a Cruiser…haha…but you could always think of a better name!

Bellinis!  It is just champagne & peach juice (or peach schnapps, but I love it with the juice).  They are so yummy and refreshing, and light on the alcohol!

Mai Tais and Strawberry Daiquiris. Both of those fit your colors and are beachy/tropical. The daiquiris can be made without alcohol as well.

OH YUM coconut rum

I just picked up some Cruzan guava rum. It’s really exotic-tasting (but cheap, i picked it up at a liquor store) and man, that stuff is YUMMY. I always love different cocktails. Guava rum is totally unique =].

I second the idea for Bellini’s … I think they can keep cost down and they’re tasty. My friend has the same colors as you and she’s serving pink champagne, also fun and easy to control cost 🙂 I guess it’s not technically a cocktail though…
