Me and Fiance went for a romantic picnic in the park where we’d like to have our ceremony, and he brought a tablecloth and flowers for the picnic table
And in 3 minutes the bees were all over that!
So I was wondering, has anyone ever tried doing a coffee filter bouquet that looks like this:

I have seen poms being made out of the coffee filters like this post http://diy.weddingbee.com/topic/coffee-filter-pomander-balls but not a bouquet
You could also look into silk flowers, the bees will stay away from those, we had a bee problem at our venue, they have grape vines all over the place that attracted the bees, so i went with silk flowers, no problems what so ever 🙂 and still beautiful

I don’t have a wedding bouquet of coffee filter flowers, but I made a lot to use as decor for my friend’s baby shower a few months ago. They turned out great and everyone loved them!

I’m very allergic to bees,. I’d raher not use my epi pen on my wedding day :/
I might do a mock up today, to see how it would look.

I know a couple bloggers who have done light fixtures in coffee filters!

Sola wood bouquets are another option, I’m considering those

I made some like this before:
You can use a PVC pipe (or a thick dowel rod) and tape the coffee filters around it. Just regular office tape. It holds them better. To really take them over the top, you can snip the edges with “torn-edge” craft scissors. Good luck!
