Can you share more info? Do you have centerpieces in mind? I see nothing wrong with that color scheme in that room though I personally would not do black tablecloths due to the brown walls.

Brown and white are both neutrals. You can use any colors you want.

Yeah…. I think your colors will go just fine with your venue. The brown is in the wood flooring- it’s a neutral.

Also, black and brown look great together….. I don’t understand why people always think they clash.

Our venue was brown, beige and gold and we used black, white, red and aqua. You couldn’t even tell, to be honest. It still looked beautiful.

Go for it!

@peachbaby4008: I have made branch centerpieces many times just using prunings from trees that are available, that I get free on craigslist.

You can also use curly willow or curly hazelnut.

You also have plent of time to acquire the branches second-hand from craigslist or http://www.recycledbride.com

Here are the current listings on craigslist for manzanita branches:

Rather than check every craigslist site individually, you can go to http://www.google.com

enter       site:craigslist.org manzanita branches

and the results will list all ads in all craigslist sites

you can use that to search for anything else you are looking for

e.g                      site:craigslist.org glass vases
