Alfred Angelo’s been doing some of their Disney dresses with colored underlays recently. I think the “Tiana” can come in really light green and the “Cinderella” can come in a light blue.

Is grey a colour? Mine is gold with black/grey overlay.

My dress did not have lace but it was icy blue. Go for it!

My gown has one layer of blush tulle in the skirt to give it a hint of color. ( I didn’t get a good picture of me in it) The color of the gown is called Rosewater. Some of the beading has color too. I love the subtle color and sparkle!

winterweddingwonderland:  Oh my gosh.  I LOVE your gown.  Who’s the designer and what’s the name?

Not blue, obviously, but a mauve-ish pink with lace over lay.

hokie2wildcat:  Yes, the 2015 princesses all had a signature color. Both Elsa and Cinderella were a light blue. Sleeping Beauty is pink, Belle is yellow, Tiana is light green, Ariel is turquoise and Snow White is red.  Rapunzel was lavender and Jamsine purple, but those were discontinued already.

The 2016 princesses, though, are not as colorful. 🙁

My dress is a french beige.. it’s not easy to see the French beige but putting it next to a white or ivory dress you can see the difference.

bywater:  Thank you!  It’s a Hayley Paige gown from her Fall 2015 line called “Remmington”.  I was a little nervous getting it at first because I wasn’t sure how everyone would react since the top is a little different. But then I realized that was the part that I loved most and fe like my personality.

I don’t have a photo to hand (on lunch break at work), but the Alfred Angelo Cinderella 2015 comes in blue. I tried it on, hideous with my colouring and didn’t suit my shape, but on the right girl it’s stunning.

If you’re in the UK I think the 3rd episode of ‘all hail the veil’ has a bride who tries it on, plus some similar ‘ice princess’ type dresses.

hope1981:  Thanks! Sure! It’s a Watters – it’s actually two pieces, a corset top (with zipper and hook and eye, not a lace-up), with the skirt over top. I can’t remember the name of the pieces but if you showed a salon that carries Watters the picture I’m sure they’d know what pieces they are – I have a screenshot from the watters website I saved before the wedding that I put below. My bridal salon initially had me try on the mermaid skirt with the top, but when I tried on the full skirt I knew that was it. It’s slightly longer in the back with a sort of illusion train if that makes sense – not something that drags, it just flows beautifully when standing or walking. I’m pretty obsessed with it a year and a half later haha. I actually also got to meet the designer when I tried it on (trunk show) and she was freaking out saying she wanted final photos after the wedding so that was pretty awesome!
