I think it will be fine. Just make sure that their dresses are darker than yours so that yours still looks white-ish.  And I flagged your post to be moved =)

So, 1. your dress is freaking GORGEOUS, and I think the color is perfect!

And 2. dear god, can I have your body after I have a baby? Haha

Also, what fabric will their dresses be? Part of the reason why the bride doesn’t stand out as much in the picture above is that the fabrics are similar and the one right next to her has a whiter dress

Dang girl! I wish I looked that good any old day, let alone right after giving birth!

That said, back to the subject at hand. I think your dress will look gorgeous with pastel bridesmaid dresses of any color, including pink. But if you’re worried about it clashing with pinks, would you be opposed to using the light blue and ivory dresses (like in the inspiration pic you posted) instead? That would look beautiful too!  I think with pink dresses, it’d be less an issue of clashing and more everything looking too similar.

I honestly think it would look great. No matter what you will stand out. Also those colors compliment each other so well. Maybe to ensure there is a difference between you and them have a great difference between their bouquets and yours, completely different hairstyle, jewelry, etc… Plus you’ll be the only one in a veil so it definitely makes you stand out from them ๐Ÿ˜‰

Were you thinking long or short Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses? Have you found any you like yet?

I don’t think so. I think they would compliment each other.

Gorgeous dress by the way, and you look stunning in it ๐Ÿ™‚

With a dress like that you’d stand out even if it was the same exact color as your bridesmaids! I wouldn’t worry about it ๐Ÿ™‚

@laurelewrigley:  I don’t mean dark- I just mean slightly darker than yours. Like the bride in your example pic and the one to the right of her, as opposed to the one to the left of her

@laurelewrigley:  You look like a bombshell in that last pic!  I agree with PP, just make sure your Bridesmaid or Best Man are a darker shade/color and you should be fine!

I wouldn’t worry about it. Your dress is gorgeous, first of all. Secondly, in your inspiration pic the bride is wearing ivory, and the girl next to her is in WHITE! It still looks really good. My  advice would be to do blush, not champagne, bridesmaids dresses. Champagne would probably be too close, as your dress does look like more of a peach than a pink. I’d also put them in tulle or another matte fabric–yours will look lighter and stand out more because it will reflect more light, making tyou even more obviously the bride. You could also use the lighter color, and put them in knee-length dresses if you’re worried about not standing out enough in pictures.

I would not do any ivory bridesmaids dresses.

I don’t have any picture of my bridal party and me posted, but I had a white dress and my Bridesmaid or Best Man had chiffon peach dresses with an chiffon ivory overlay (so they were almost two tone peach and ivory).  My bouquet looked almost identical to the one you posted, but instead of baby’s breath, I had stephanotis.  My Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquets were mainly peach roses with light purple stattice.

The ivory was close to my white dress but it honestly (IMO) looked gorgeous.  Very soft looking and no one thought after seeing my photos that the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses were too close in tone to my own dress.

I love your dress, but I would not put your Bridesmaid or Best Man in pink.  I think a color like an icy blue would look gorgeous next to your blush dress.
