I was pondering possibly putting purple crinoline under my ivory dress (my colors are purple, ivory, and green).
my question is…Who sells it? Do they sell it pre-colored or do I have to dye it myself? And can i get it online?
PS. if I did do purple crinoline, would having purple shoes look good or should I stick to ivory shoes….your opinions please

i LOVE the ones at http://www.pettiskirtstyle.com/ i’m just trying to find an excuse to get one, like a short reception dress or something! the gradiation looks awesome. if you’re having a purple crinoline, i’d totally do purple heels too.

I would do ivory shoes to match the dress if you have colored crinoline. I was just looking at this style with a friend of mine at the office yesterday :). I think Ivory because the purple crinoline and shoes would be right next to one another. That might not bother most people :-P, but I am a crazy, lol.
Here was the example I showed her.

Buuuut here is one with the shoes matching the crinoline (which I kinda look too, lol)

I guess it just depends on the dress and how much you can see the crinoline and shoes.
I loooove the idea though!! I just did colored shoes, didn’t even think about the crinoline.

@theeekingeek: I didnt even think about it either…until I saw it on the boards 🙂 my dress is long so you really wont see the crinoline either (until I lift my skirt lol) its just a fun hidden detail that sounds so kool!

What about green shoes to go with your colors?

@meganmp1: actually I did consider that for a moment…just didnt know how it would end up looking. It’s still a possibility though!
