Hi ladies! Long time no post, I’ve missed it around here . Anywhoo… I’m wondering if I could get the ladies who have colored gemstone (e-)rings to post a pic with the wedding band they chose.
The hubs and I have our anniversary coming up (ok ok it’s months away lol) and since I originally wanted a purple e-ring I’m now getting one as an anni gift. Haven’t made a final decision on which stone or style to get yet… but I do know that i’ll periodically be switching out my ering for it. You know whenever I’m in a purple kind of mood lol.
So some inspiration would be lovely! Thanks In Advance

Mine isn’t purple, and it’s not my ERing. But it is an alternate set that was a gift from my DH.
I usually wear it with a plain band.
I do have one picture of it with my platinum band, which has flush-set diamonds on it.
I also have a half eternity band set in white gold that I’ve worn with it … but I don’t seem to have any pictures of that combination.

- Wedding: October 2015 - Ruby Princess
I have a garnet rhr that I pair with my grandma’s 5 stone anniv band. It’s from gemvara.

Here are my rings. A blue diamond with Australian black opal band.

Here’s some of my many bands 😉

I didn’t necessarily “choose” a band, because I knew I wanted this matching e-ring set and opted for a ruby center stone in it. I love how it turned out. Good luck finding a new ring!

I just commented on your set in another thread! It’s a beauty. I have two wedding bands (dont ask lol) but one is a plain rose gold so this def gives me some ideas
so pretty! I have a few gemvara rings saved as favorites right now. Hows the quality?
that blue diamond is EVERYTHING! gorge!
I could just hug you! I just love your collection…and the fact that you have a collection lol. Can I be you when I grow up?
love this combo! esp love the double prongs on your solitaire

omg your set is sooooo pretty!!! ruby is my birthstone and as I like to tell my husband it’s also the birthstone of our marriage since we were married in July LOL He’s not too convinced on that logic yet but I often say I’d love a ruby ring for a future major anniversary or something.
So many ring dreams… too few fingers lol

I love your set.. Love everything about it

I have a Tacori diamond band in platinum that sits flush with my Tacori ring, and has a nice gap against my tanzanite ring with the split shank band.

where are the heart emoji’s when you need them???!!!!! Tanzanite is a HUGE fave of mine. If I knew where my phone was at the moment I’d post a pic of the tanzi beauty I tried on not too long ago. I’ve been going back and forth on the stone because of the durability forever.
Your rings look huge! I’ve been (foolishly) hesitant to get a gemstone in a large size because i’ve only ever seen them as cocktail rings or rhr but the larger the stone the more beautiful color you get right? lol

Haha, well I understand your logic! Just keep repeating that to him and I’m sure he will come around. This is actually a lab ruby, so not expensive at all.
Thank you so much!! 🙂 The setting is by Mark Schneider. I fell in love with it after seeing it on Pinterest and just knew it was the ring for me. Over a year later when it came time to buy it I opted for the ruby. Not sure the saleswoman understood my decision but I am oh so happy with it.

Sure! And thanks. 🙂 And tell your hubs to get you rubies although you’re worth much more than them, anyway. (See the rubies/wife Bible verse in Proverbs 31.) Meanwhile, here’s a pic of one of my purple rocks.
