@LoveLaceandWine:  My personal choice is neutral (Black, white, cream, ivory etc) table cloths, accent colours for napkins.  BUT blush is so faint it’s practically neutral.

My colours are black, royal purple, and silver.  If i was to do coloured linens things could get out of hand pretty quickly.

I think blush and gold you’ll be fine 🙂

We used colored linens and I think it looked damn good.

@LoveLaceandWine:  Go with your gut, whatever you first envisioned, and you’ll be happy.  Don’t let someone else talk you out of something you love.  I think it sounds beautiful.

The above pic is the mock-up, but I used color linens and I loved them. Didn’t know they could be considered tacky, and don’t really care. Get what you want!

It’s supposed to be blush? Is it just the photo because it looks white.

@LoveLaceandWine:  I think you should go with what you want.  We had talked about doing blue lines w white napkins…but when I saw it set up I felt like that shade (of blue) was almost too dark so we decided on the white linens with blue napkins…I love it because its an extra pop of color when guests walk in 🙂

It’s so subtle, I think it’ll be fine. I think that using strong colours could potentially be too much. It depends on the venue as well. A dark venue would need light colours to brighten it up but if a venue was very bright then bright linens could look amazing. I think in your case blush linens will be lovely.

Ive got the same colours as you, but since white linens are included with my venue, I’ll be going with white linens, with gold chair sashes and light pink flowers in the centrepieces.

@LoveLaceandWine:  Because I’m arranging my wedding from the other side of the world, I went with a venue that would do a lot for me (ceremony, food, drink, centrepieces, DJ and a day of coordinator all included), and I’m so glad I did!
