You and I sound have some similarities! Originally had spring, then winter…now I don’t know lol. Been planning for 2 yrs and had to push it back twice now. I think maybe grey, pink white are nice for spring. But still love red, black white!! Classic and timeless 🙂 go with what you love, what you envision. Let the formality set the tone as well!

I would so totally do purple and gray. But I’m in love with gray (our colours were orange, silver, gray for an October wedding) and spring just makes me think of lilacs.

I went to a spring wedding that had the red black and white color scheme. I was very classic. All the girls wore red dresses and black shoes, carried a mix or red and white flowers. They guys had black tuzes on with red ties and vests and red bouts. The bride of course wore white and carried red and white flowers. The tables were white linens and the chairs had white covers with red sashes and the napkins were red.
I think if you added some damask patterns to your color scheme that would be a really classy way to get in all three colors.

I think you can do any colors you want! We’re doing a deep plum and gray/silver/black. It doesn’t look fall-ish unless you make the decor fall (like pairing it with burnt orange and brown or something like that).
Month doesn’t matter, choose what you love.

I’m hoping for an April ’14 wedding. We talked about having a green colour theme.
