So, my Fiance and I are comtemplating over the color of chair sashes and this is why. 🙂
The colors of the Wedding are pastel green and an aqua blue (with white and tan undertones). We have upward lights throughout the entire reception that will be aqua blue (ex: below) – sorry bees, wouldn’t let me upload
then we have our center pieces … they are very tall cylinders that will be filled with water (and an LED light will be on the bottom illuminating the centerpiece of certain color. Again, we’re discussing about that as well … I think it would be too much blue if used, and the green might be too much as well because of how big) I was going for clear? Jeez, I don’t know!
And then our sashes. In the above picture, you see blue sashes … but, that picture doesn’t have our centerpieces in it either. So, bees … what do I do?????

I’m not completely sure what your vision is, but there are hundreds of different shades of blue, why not add some variation in that?

I’m just doing blue, blue, and blue for my color pallet. Pretty much any color of blue is okay by me. My girls are wearing whatever blue dress they want. So far, I have one in navy and one in royal. The other three are going to pick whatever they want.

I think if you use green leds in your centerpieces it will be bright as hell – blue can look subdued but green lighting can look icky real quick. I’d stick with blues with a bit of green accents.

I love the blue, blue, blue idea – but the BMs dresses are in pastel green; the Maid/Matron of Honor and jr bridesmaid are in blue. We didn’t really throw in blue until later on in the planning because it seemed like too much green (especially with the lighting lol)
I appreciate the votes bees. You would think that this is unimportant, but believe it or not … I’m more worried about too much lighting and color being an eye sore!!!
