Just check flower availability, and do what you want! You can always use 1 fall color, like Gold instead of Champagne if you really feel conflicted. I am getting married in October and I don’t like the orange and brown muted “Fall colors” so I went with black, white and green with just a few dark orange accents to bring in an Autumn feel.

Don’t worry about those so called seasonal colours. We’re thinking brown and gold for a June wedding even though they are not summer colours. My BMs will be from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds and it just wouldn’t be fair to make them wear some “summer” colours.

I think that sounds like a lovely color pallette, no matter what the season. I think people are definitely changing things up these days–any color is good for any time of the year. I got a little flak when I first decided that we would use black-ivory-champagne-gold for our spring wedding (not particularly “springy”), but I’m so glad I stuck with what I wanted.
