My colour combinations are fuchsia navy and gold, the gold will be the table runners and sashes against ivory covers with bridesmaids wearing fuchsia and the groom party in Navy. My dilemma is that the dress I have got is a rich ivory with silver swarovski embellishment in the front. So now I will have to go with Silver accessories rather than nude/gold tonnes which will clash with everything else. Can anyone advise how I could pull all this together.

I’m having a gold accent color too. To avoid the jewelry clash, I’m now calling gold “champagne” and making it like a hue lighter. Gold jewelery is not for me and I don’t want my BMs wearing it either. In the end, I don’t think it will make a difference because I don’t really want to compare myself to the color scheme and I think the bride should stand out anyway! 😉

The bride to stand out is actually a good idea so instead of going very gold I could tame it down by having more of a champayne colour and the bridesmaides would match with the function room decor as the sashes and runners are a gold tone and the groom would match with both bridesmaides and me by having the groom wear a more ivory tone in his waistcoat and cravet. So hopefully then by me wearing silver accessories and the dress having the crystals it might blend in together.
