Hey ladies! So I’ve decided to do my RSVPs online to save some money. My ceremony and reception sites are in two different places, so I need to have a reception card. Do you guys have any ideas on wording to be able to put all of this information on one card? I’m thinking something like:
The celebration continues with dinner and dancing at
Immediately following the Ceremony.
Please RSVP at our wedding website
Does this sound ok? Or does it not have a good flow?

are all of your guests online? can you also have a phone number to call in case they don’t use the internet?

How will guests know where to go for the reception if they aren’t able to keep the card with the info?
Guests who aren’t internet saavy or who don’t have access won’t be able to rsvp and may not attend in that case. An actual card is preferable.

If you aren’t doing actual RSVP cards for them to send back to you then I think it would work out ok. If you are having the option to send them back I think you should have a reception card. I went to a wedding recently where all the reception information was on the RSVP card so once I sent it back I couldn’t remember the address for the reception or what time it started which was 2 hours after the ceremony.
