I’ve got 3 recipes for dip that I love! I’d love to hear other’s Bee’s recipes too.
Layer cream cheese, then refried beans (or chili), and then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake @ 350 until cheese is melted. Serve with chips.
Shred one can of chicken and mix with some of your favorite wing sauce. Make sure the chicken is covered in sauce but don’t make it soupy.
Then layer cream cheese, the chicken, blue cheese or ranch dressing, and top with cheese. Back at 350 until cheese is melted. Serve with chips.
Drain 3 cans of corn. Mix with a container of sour cream, 1 cup of mayo, some green onions, and half a cup of cheddar cheese. Add a dash of lime juice. Chill and serve with chips.

I have an awesome spinach dip recipe too! It’s a little different from the usual, but everyone raves over it.
- 1 package Knorr Cream of Leek soup mix
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1 container of sour cream
- 1 pack of frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- 1 tbsp (or more if you love it) minced garlic
Mix together, let sit overnight, pig out!
If you have anyone selling Epicure in your area, I highly recommend their Bacon, Cheese and Chive mix. I could eat it by the bucket full!

hot spinach, avo & feta dip
- 1pkg frozen chopped spinach, steamed and drained (keep it hot!)
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted, skinned & pureed
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- cracked black pepper & sea salt to taste
- 1-2 tsp of olive oil
Prepare the feta and avocados while your spinach is steaming for best results.
Mix feta & spinach [spinach should be hot enough to soften and melt feta], then avocados. Add olive oil & salt&pepper, be sure to blend well.
Serve immediately with breadsticks, baguette, crackers or on minibread/melba toast topped with scallops!

This recipe comes from Mr. Spice Fairy’s family. I also highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip from Better Homes & Garden, so good!
1/2 to 1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled & devined
3-5 ripe avocados, chopped
jalapeno, finely minced, seeds removed (to taste)
2-3 green onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2-3 ripe tomatos, finely chopped, seeds removed
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
1-2 Tbs. olive oil, to bind
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients, gently stir to avoid breaking up the avocado too much. Serve with fresh made or store bought tortilla chips. Enjoy!

I’m not sure if this qualilfys as a dip, but you have to dip stuff into it to eat it .. and it tastes like cream cheese butter cream frosting. We had this at my engagement party and everyone was asking for the recipe. Enjoy!
Dessert Party Ball “Dip”
8oz Softened Cream Cheese
1 softened stick of Butter
3/4cup Confectioners Suger
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
Any mix of “baking chips”, I like Semi-sweet and white chocolate
Health Bar bits
Optional: your favorite nut (almonds or walnuts work well)
In bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter and beat until well mixed. Slowly blend in the confectioners sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt and beat until fluffy.. should look kinda frosting like.
Fold in the baking chips.
Line a second bowl with plastic wrap. Spoon the mixture in and let chill in fridge for an hour or two.
Crush up the heath bar bits and nuts if using and empty onto plate. Remove ball from fridge and unwrap and roll/coat the ball with the heath bar mix. (Work fast!!) place back in fridge to allow it to set up and remove about a half hour before serving.
Best served with Pretzel sticks! (seriously, omg awesome) Graham crackers, or cinnamin sugar pita chips.
