Im wearring birkenstocks which I found on sale. I cant even wear flipflops without pain tho.

If you’ve a really hard time in heels, the best thing would be to find a low, thicker heel or a low wedge

Are you learning a wedding dance? Might I suggest wearing a ballroom shoe instead? The shoes tend to be softer, and you can choose the height of the heel you would like. If you are learning a wedding dance, this would also be good for you to dance in, instead of learning the dance in a non-dance shoe. Many of the ebay sellers are manufacturers of the dance shoes they’re selling so you can ask them to change the color, or the heel height for you.
