I LOVE LOVE LOVE my engagement ring. My fiance designed it himself and it is so unique and a design I would have never even thought of, but I can’t imagine having any other ring on my finger 🙂
However, there are diamonds on all sides (not complaining) and I just feel like if I wear a band with it I am covering up diamonds/money.
So as of now I am planning to wear my e-ring on one hand and my wedding band on the other. I haven’t decided which hand I will wear which on.
Has anyone else done this? What do you think about it in general? Any tips/suggestions?
Here is My e-ring: sorry for the large and crappy phone pics
Here is a band that is similar to what I am going to have except for it is going to be smaller scale than the photo. The princess cut diamonds are going to be the same size as the princess cut diamonds in the band of my ring.

I think you can do whatever you want, but I’m not sure I’ve seen this. I know in different cultures people would wear the wedding ring on the other hand, but I don’t know how that relates to the e-ring. But if I were you, I wouldnt be worried about “covering up the diamonds,” they’ll still be seen on the other side, and since most people wear their wedding ring closer to their body, everyone else will see all the diamonds exposed on the “outside.”

@red_rose: That is a good point. Maybe I should try more on with the ring. I think I just like the look of the ring on it’s own, wihch is why I am having trouble thinking about it with something else.

I switch up my rings all the time. I have two wedding bands. So there are days I wear all three rings on one hand, there are days I only wear my engagement ring and one bands. Currently I’m wearing my engagement ring on my left and my wedding bands on my right. I just switch it up depending on my mood for the day.
You can wear them however you like. I wouldn’t give this too much thought ahead of time and just wear them however you want to when you wake up every morning.
