Ok so for our 25th anniversary my hubby and I upgraded my wedding set. I decided to go completely different and first found a 1.5 ct cushion diamond that I loved. I’ve had a 2 carat brilliant moissanite that I wore for a couple years but it’s just a smidge too big for me so 1.5 is perfect!
I then shopped around for a ring designer and kept coming back again and again to CvB inspired desisign on Instagram. Caysie is a master of prongs and attention to detail!!
The design process, the communication, adjustments etc were really great! Then I decided I also wanted her to make a wedding band to complete the look. So she kept my engagement ring a bit longer so they could be finished and sent together. So perfect! I am crazy in love with this set!!
Ive learned so much from the bee (been lurking for years) about what I liked and didn’t, about going custom may actually save money, salarying away from box stores, etc. so I’m posting what I ended up with after all that learning! The engagement ring is the Chloe with some tweaks, set east west. Lightly brushed finished and the diamond melee is antiqued. The wedding band is the cascade with French cut yogi sapphires and diamonds, it’s brushed finished and antiqued.
