I seriously cannot figure this out and can’t find the answer after much googling.
I’m using Avery DesignPro on a Mac to type up my address labels for invites.
I want to make each label the same format and font. However, it’s only letting me change the font for each label individually. This will take me forever! I want to highlight the entire page and apply the changes to them all. But there’s no option for that.
There is a setting for “all same” which makes every label on the page match- but this only works for return address labels when you want literally every label to be the same. For outgoing address labels, I obviously need each label to have different content (names/address) but want them to all be formatted the same.

I had to cut and paste each one of the labels. I think there were 30 on the page. It was a pain but it got the job done. 30 is better than all 160! lol

the copy short cut didnt work either, BUT i figured it out!!
for anyone else having trouble- you have to use the “all same” when you set up the font you want and then just go from box to box after turning the ‘all sale’ OFF. while you’re typing the new labels in each individual label, it appears to go back to the wrong font. but dont be fooled!! once you click OUT of it, the formatting will do what you want.

@virgomasala80: Ha! I saw you figured it out but I thought I’d mention this here, ineedyouraddress.com spits out a label file of all of your addresses with the font and color you pick 🙂
