Whenever Darling Husband is out of town he always encourages me to cook for myself, and I almost never do.  The last time he was gone, I finally had the time and interest in cooking for myself and I made some really amazing meals and I was so proud of myself for cooking, I was going to tell him all about it! Well, when he got home from the job, all he could talk about was all the awful food that he’d had to eat while he was there and I just couldn’t bring myself to tell him how good I’d been eating while he was away!

hollyberry4:  I don’t feel guilty for this at all, but my Fiance is celiac so at home we eat gluten free. He’s going away for a conference until thursday and I plan on eating pasta every dinner! Can’t wait.

hollyberry4:  Haha! Thats hilarious. Almost every time Darling Husband is away I get McDonalds. Not because he doesnt eat it, or because he wouldnt want to… I dont really know why. its weird. I have definitely bought new shoes and pulled the “those old things?” line haha.

juliette.eliza:  You’re a good wife, I would have bragged lol

I don’t have celiac, but I have high sensitivity to gluten. Basically whenever I have gluten I get tummy aches, headaches, and sever bloating for a couple of days. Fiance makes sure I have tons of gf products but..whenever he is gone for a couple days, I get non-gf pizza and a slice of red velvet cake. It’s bad, I know! I just can’t find a really good brand of gf pizza or cake.

My husband used to work night shifts for his job as a hospital RN.  About once a week last winter, I would order my favorite large thin crust pizza and drink a bottle of wine and catch up on all my favorite tv shows.  A couple times he texted me and I’d be like “I’m just doing laundry and cooking up some veggies for dinner!”  Lol.  I’d take the leftovers in to work and totally not give him any.  So bad.  Andddddddd… that’s how I managed to gain 15 pounds last winter.  Notice this is all in the past tense – I’m being good now.

Darling Husband is all excited about this carbine class he’s signed up for (it’s a rifle thing), which will take up a whole weekend in October. So I act like I’m Atlas holding the weight of the world by generously agreeing to be on solo baby duty while he’s gone … but the truth is, I don’t mind at all because I’ll just spend the weekend he’s gone hanging out with my mom drinking good wine and taking advantage of free babysitting 🙂

hollyberry4:  i lied twice today… i told him we need to pay off the credit card.. he asked if it was due and i said it due right now… well it was due like three weeks ago.

and i acciedently left my purse in the cafeteria at the hospital. luckily no one stold the what 200 bucks i had in there and i got it back in a 20 mins. i didnt lie about that i just wont tell him. btw: i loose my purse all the time! i leave it everywhere and Darling Husband gets annoyed by that. luckily i live in a honest small town hehe  i actually feel really bad. also last week i accidently wrote a check from the wrong account and it bounced but i was able to pay it, i just got a 25$ fee. im on a roll of bad behavior this month. didnt tell Darling Husband. it would be upset. opps

When Darling Husband asked how much I spent on getting my hair curled for the wedding, I told him … but I didn’t tell him I also paid for a blowout ($50) because he would be like WHY CANT YOU DRY YOUR OWN HAIR?! Lol

I have been craving super unhealthy food since the wedding. I might kill for a crispy chicken bacon sandwich from McDonalds right now. Also, I ate HALF OF A LOAF OF FRENCH BREAD a few days ago and then my tummy hurt so bad I couldn’t eat regular dinner lol. He knew about that though. Because he was like “where’s the other half of this loaf of bread?” And I was like I AM ON MY PERIOD AND I DONT NEED YOUR JUDGMENT

Every once in awhile, I’ll get a small bonus check from work. I’ll deposit half of it into our savings….the rest of it I get in cash so that there is no paper trail. Then I shop to my heart’s content and hide the recepits 🙂 When he asks when I got my new items, I say that I’ve had them for forever

My children are at school and my Love went into work today. All I have done is eat and nap today.  I can’t wait to have some more honey dew melon.  Maybe I need some wine too.

I’m vegetarian, so I don’t indulge in fast food burgers….but about once a month (around that time) I get Taco Bell. Like my entire body weight in Taco Bell. 3 crispy potato soft tacos & 3 bean burrittos w/o onions. Fiance never knows…

When I go grocery shopping by myself, I swing by starbucks first and whIke I’m shopping I’ll grab a shirt or something small for myself. Nothing wicked expensive but just something. I very rarely go out specifically to buy myself clothes so it’s my little treat and he hasnt noticed yet 🙂
