omg I just talked to my florist because I stop by to get some flowers and asked them if they started on my flowers, and they thought my wedding was NEXT WEEK! I nearly had a heart attack.
I was planning on confirming with all my vendors but not my florist since I just met with her last week but please confirm with all your vendors!!!!!!
I planned on calling all my vendors on Friday and Saturday but I sent out an email to all of them first!

Thank God you decided to stop by!!!!!!! I can’t even imagine how awful things would have been if you didn’t!! How did they react?? That is CRAZY! Crisis averted! Good work girl! 🙂

she kept insisting that we said the week after but there is no way, the owner said that even the paperwork said a week after, and i was like no i have the paperwork and the girl that was working had the paperwork and realize the mistake. its just amazing since i met with her just last week!

Well now they’re in a pinch. If they don’t deliver all the flowers that you had discussed, or if they made major substitutions then I’d demand a discount of some sort. I just told my florist (who is a family friend) your story & she gasped!
Oh of course they’d deny it like it was YOUR screw up– then they don’t have to be accountable! That makes me nuts.
I’m sure it will all work out… but thank goodness you went in there. I’ll definitely remember your story during the last few weeks before my wedding.

Yes confirm the date, time and locations. I was in a wedding that the Justice of the Peace thought the wedding started at 7pm. It started at 6pm. So there we were all ready to go and a room full of guests and no Justice of the Peace. Thank goodness we were at the hotel and the hotel opened up the cocktail hour early. She should up around 6:45 ready to go and felt terrible that she messed-up the time. Also good idea to have a list of all the vendors and their phone numbers including cell phones.
