I would politely tell her how you feel about it and you’d like her to not talk to you about his personal “information” since he’s in your wedding party.

If she continues see if you can excuse yourself from the situations by leaving “oh, i forgot I have an apppointment…” or try changing the subject.  Hopefully she’ll get the hint.

I agree with posh. Try telling her that you are uncomfortable knowing these kinds of details about him, and when she asks “why” (because we all know she will) I would simply say that you don’t feel comfortable knowing these parts of his life if it’s not coming from him etc.

Good luck, this sounds like it’s not going to be easy =(

I’m sorry this is happening to you. I had a toxic ex-bestfriend in highschool who used to divulge WAY to much information too.

Just tell her the truth, that he’s like a brother to you and so it feels too dirty to hear these things about him.

Ask her if she’d like it if you told her what it was like if you were hypothetically dating her brother, would she want to hear those gorey details? I’m willing to bet not.
