Honestly, I love the ballgown on you! If that is the shape you want then go for it! When else will you have the opportunity to rock a big gown?

FITTED!  I think the ballgown makes it look like you’re hiding extra weight or something.   The fitted looks so slimming.   That 3rd one is just eh.

I think, overall, the ballgown is the prettiest.

@Tbblount:  Get that ballgown girl! I don’t even like ballgowns and I love that dress on you.

    Go with what you love!

I’ve been married before and chose fitted for my first wedding.  Now I’m going with ballgown.  I’m sure if I would have chosen ballgown before, I’d go with fitted now.

This will be your day- choose the one that you love.

You have a nice figure and I think all of the dresses look good on you. It’s just a matter of what look you’re going for on your day.

I was having trouble deciding, so I showed my fiance a few pictures from magazines that were similar to dresses I liked. I asked him which he liked best and sort of took it from there. I’m not worried about him knowing anything about my dress because he’s the kind of guy that can barely remember what he ate for dinner last night, let alone a picture I showed him 6 months ago. ๐Ÿ™‚

I LOVE the ballgown!! Ok firstly, I think the ballgown or a-line (the in between) are the most flattering on you. Not that the fitted one looks bad, but the ballgown and a-line really define your waist and make you look tiny. That is 100% the silhouette you need to be going for (natural waist with flared out skirt). I voted for the ballgown because I personally LOVE it! It was actually my dream dress. So while I think the a-line looks good on you, the ballgown wins hands down.

I LOVE the ballgown and for me it’s all about the proportion. The neckline and waist make the top of your body and arms look awesome and the skirt is just so FUN! The inbetween would be a great option too if you are going for a more casual vibe. The mermaid fitted looks heavy, and the placement of the jewel thingie doesn’t look right.

You really could pull off anything. But you rock that ballgown and if that’s what you want then go for it!

I don’t particularly care for that fitted dress in the picture, but with your shape, you could probably wear a burlap sack ๐Ÿ™‚

I am partial to the Lazaro ball gown.  I tried it on too in the blush color.  I might have gotten it too, but they only had the size 22 sample size available and it wouldn’t even clip up on me ๐Ÿ™

Which do you feel best in?

I like fitted, I know a lot of young brides like ballgowns but I personally find they hide the figure. You should be proud of your 23 year old smokin bod and want to show it off, maybe in 20 years after having kids and a hectic life you will think damn I looked great ๐Ÿ˜‰

I think the first and second both look amazing on you. I think you should go with what you like most.

@Tbblount:  I’m not generally a ballgown girl, but I love that one on you.  I actually think it’s more flattering than the fitted one, although you look great in that too!  The ballgown makes your waist look super tiny, plus I just love the dress in and of itself.
