You don’t have too much make up…trust me..
I had 3 make up trials with 3 different artists… first girl put too much make up on my face…as the result I felt like a prostitute or smth (excuse my language)…second one was simply bad..and the last girl did a perfect job and I was super happy with the make up..I felt that she put just a right amount of it on my face…However, in the wedding pictures I came out a little washed out…sooooo I think that my first prostitute make up would’ve looked the best on the pictures even though I felt it was too heavy in a real life..But it is too late to change anything now..I am already married..lol

@weatherbug: I think it looks great. She did a really good job on the eyeshadow – I wish I had that technique. Honestly, it may look like a lot now but with professional photography, you will look like you except better. If a MUA knows what she is doing, she/he will apply enough make-up to bring out your features but that you look like you are not wearing make-up.

I think your makeup looks gorgeous! Not too heavy or caked on or anything like that! I did find that for makeup to look good in the pro pictures it does have to be a tad overdone looking in real life. I did my makeup toned down & natural for my e-pics and it looked like I wasn’t wearing any at all. Then for the wedding I went above & beyond & overdid it a little in my estimation but the pics looked great!

Hi ladies! Thank you so much for all your responses – I truly appreciate them. You’ve made me feel more confident that I won’t look like a clown on my wedding day!
I think I am going to ask her to change the cheek color to a pink and really blend it in, but I think I will keep the eye makeup the same.
I am also going to stop texting all my bridesmaids/FMIL when I make a wedding decision — Their input just ends up confusing me. It’s my wedding ~ I’ll do what I want! : )
I’m also going to close the thread and delete the pictures of me because it makes me a bit nervous to have my photo on the internet (I usually blur out my face). Once again – thanks for your input!
