I used him back in March and saved a bunch of money and recieved a very nice video for what I paid. I have only seen 2 other videos that he has done but they were pretty good quality.

Conor Gill Videography, is it for real? My wedding was on July 24th and still no video yet. I’m starting to worry because i feel like i will never get those memories. He keeps giving me the run around.

I was VERY IMPRESSED with the video I recieved as he was willing to work with me to give me what I wanted. I’m not sure what happened with you but I am sure it doesn’t happen all the time. I had a videographer lined up for my wedding that was going to charge me over a thousand more than this guy and the quality is just as good if not better. I know the money I saved was well worth the extra for the honeymoon.

Hello,
My recommendation, please do not use Connor Gill Videography. Who am i to say that? I’m an upset wife, i got married on July 2009 and he basically stole my money. It took me over 90 days to get a half ass video. He gave me the run around for 90 days, he told me that he has so many other mad customers because he is late on all, he has children and he is trying to save his relationship with girlfriend. How is that any of my problem? When i finally got my video, what a joke. I have copies if anyone wants to contact me and see all the papertrail and the half ass video. He didn’t include my vows during ceremony, isn’t this sort of an important moment? Once the video got to reception, we had our first dance which took place at the beginning of reception, right after the intruduction of wedding party and introduction of husband and wife which of course, he didn’t include. So the reception consisted of the first dance and THAT WAS IT. Are you kidding me? What happened to introductions, best man and made of honor toasts, tossing of bouquet/garter, cutting the cake?? He didn’t include any of these moments. Again, i will be happy to mail you copies of his work that took 90 days for me to get. After viewing it, i asked for raw footage so i can take work somewhere else and he promised to make it right and that was over 30 days ago. I’ve given up, he stole more than my money, he stole such a special in my life. Here is a little bit of the email he sent me back so you know i’m not making this up. Again, if you are considering using this guy, email me first and i can provide you copy of my video and all the emails of his BS stories. I feel robbed.

I viewed the DVD, you said it was 1.5 hours long and it was not, maybe 40 minutes. What was that? The ceremony part was ok but you left out the most important moment of the day, taking the vows. You did not include when my husband and i said our vows or when the priest asked if we would take each other as husband and wife. I want that included in the ceremony. Then the reception was maybe 7 minutes. It started out good but you didn’t include so many of the important moments. It started out good, it jumped to our first dance and that was it. What? The was the end. First, you should of included when the wedding party gets introduced coming in and when Mark and I get introduced as Mr. and Mrs. McManus. Come on Connor, you did a half ass job. From the little that i saw, you are capabable of editing a really good video but come on, do it right, get it right, make this whole thing right. Once again, i’m frustrated. I’m giving you one last chance, i’m giving you 30 days from today to get this right. Make it right for my husband and I. I’m giving you 30 days from today to get me a complete video. In my mind, this 7 hour event should be at least 2 hours. I thought it would be a 3 hour video, at least 2 hours. Not 45 minutes. Please, get this right, i’m giving you 30 days, i know you can do it. Please include the followoing moments:
Ceremony:
– Include the taking of the vows.
– When we accept each other as husband and wife and when we put the rings on each other (this is the most important part).
– I want to view the entire party walking down the aisle after him and i have been introduced as husband and wife. Please include when him and i go down the aisle as husband and wife.
Reception:
– Did you take any footage of guest send messages to us?
– I want the footage when the entire wedding party gets introduced into the reception.
– I want when him and i get introduced.
– I want all the toasts: made of honor, best man, sister says toast, old man, my brother. I want all these to be included.
– Tossing the bouquet
– removing of garter
– cutting the cake
– footage of people dancing, especially when the guys are going down and dancing and being silly
– last dance
I can’t believe i’m even having to tell you what to include in the video. These are all special moments that you should of included. All these moments should add up to a 3 hour video, at the very least 2 hours. Please Connor, make this right, i know you can. You have 30 days, i don’t want to take action but if you don’t make this right then i will take action and you already know what those actions will be.

HELLO EVERYONE,
HERE ANOTHER EMAIL THAT HE SENT ME BACK ON OCTOBER THE 10TH, ONE OF HIS MANY APOLOGIES TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHY HE HAD NOT MAILED MY VIDEO FROM JULY WEDDING. THIS EMAIL THAT CONNOR SENT ME WAS THE DAY AFTER I POSTED MY FIRST COMMENT ON THIS BLOG ASKING ABOUT CONNOR GILL VIDEOGRAPHY. AS YOU CAN READ BELOW, HE PROMISES TO GET ME MY VIDEO THE NEXT WEEK WHICH WOULD OF BEEN OCTOBER 13TH. HE IS SUCH A LIAR. HE EVEN SAID THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME EXTRA COPIES FOR MY FAMILY. I HAD TO CALL HIM WEEKLY BECAUSE HE DIDN’T GET MY VIDEO UNTIL NOVEMBER THE 8TH. REMEMBER, MY WEDDING WAS ON JULY 24TH, ALMOST 4 MONTHS LATER. AND, THE VIDEO HE GAVE ME WAS A LITTLE OVER 30 MINUTES WITH MOST OF THE “SPECIAL MOMENTS” NOT INCLUDED.

I am sorry about this long wait. I have just been overwhelmed with work. However I have your video for you and will be arriving at your door by tuesday. I included extra copies for you to give to family members if you wish. Also I noticed a post that you wrote on wedding bee and was hoping you could take it off as i am getting grief about it from other costumers. I am currently looking for a LA videographer and WILL NOT be using this guy.
I really hope that you are able to get the video of the most important parts of your wedding. I cannot believe what this guy did. This is shocking. I am forwarding this to all of my engaged friends in the LA area.

Hmmm not a good sign when someone refers to their own business as “dinky”…
I really hope you get your money back if he can’t produce a legit video for you! It would be sad to lose those moments. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this 🙁

Hello Mrs. Louboutin and Kittyachi,
I really don’t think that i will get my money back. All i really want is my memories, i expressed this to Connor, i even asked him for the raw footage so i can get it edited somewhere else. I begged him for the raw footage and told him that i would disappear and i wouldn’t post any more comments. I called him just now, a few minutes ago and asked if he was going to return my money and he said no because i posted those comments yesterday. He asked why i had to do that, that i ruined his business, that he is a one man business, that i ruined his business. Is he being serious? Tomorrow will be five months and i still don’t have my video full of my special memories. I told him that i posted all those thing yesterday because he completely passed the deadline i gave him. HE HUNG UP ON ME. It took almost four months to get that half ass video which i’m happy to mail to anyone. And, once i get it, 75% of the special moments are missing, i then gave him another 30 full days to get it right and that was in the beginning of November and nothing, not even a phone call. So of course, i’m sad and upset and posted those comments Connor. I now you are reading this because you just told me a few minutes ago you are checking this post. I’m not making any of this up, so how did i ruin your business? By telling the truth? By helping other couples not get into this headache that i’ve been dealing with? Again, it’s not even so much about the money but the memories. This will be the only time i get married. I’m done with Connor.

He should stop being such a f**king crybaby about the fact that you posted a (WELL DESERVED) negative review and give you the raw footage. Then, if you are feeling especially generous and in the Christmas spirit, you could have admin take down the post and a Google search of him wouldn’t come up with this first.

Umm…I haven’t received my video. He was supposed to send it during Thanksgiving and I have yet to recieve it. I guess that you get what you pay for. He seemed like a really nice guy trying to start a small business so I wanted to support him. But, he really doesn’t have his act together. I think that the longshoreman from Long Beach that was happy with his work is really Conor writing back. Longshoreman hang out on Weddingbee? Really? And most of us that are really users of these boards have hundreds of posts, not just one.
I hope that I get my video. But, bees beware. This guy does not have his act together yet.
Also, every virus checker blocks his website. They say that it is a known hacker website. So what happens if you try to check the guy out? Shady.
Go with a reputable company with referrals if you want a video and just pay through the nose I guess. I haven’t recieved my video. I don’t know what’s on it. I can’t attest to the quality.
Conor, if you read this, give me a chance to give you a good review. Send the video, do a good job with it. I know it’s in you, or you wouldn’t have started this business.

Hello everyone. It’s me again. Today is my six month anniversary and no video yet. I posted my last comments a month ago. That is the last time i called him and he was so mad that i posted my comments, he is mad because i posted the truth i guess. It’s been six months since my wedding and he never gave me the raw footage so i can take it to a professional, he didn’t return my money and he didn’t fix my video as he promised. I don’t know why i believed all his promises, i guess i was just hopeful. I just want to see my wedding video. My husband and I wanted to make a tradition to see it at every anniversary, we wanted to show our video to our kids. CONNOR GILL is a thief! Another woman recently contacted me, he did the same thing to her and she is in the process of taking him to court. I will get over this one day but it still angers me when i think of him. How does he sleep well at night?
