I am totally not crafty at all but I fully intend on trying to DIY as much as I can for our wedding. I’ve heard the “cricut” mentioned a ton on WB so I’d love it if some bee’s could fill me in on the machine since I dont know much other than it cuts paper into specific patterns (which is awesome!). I plan to purchase one in the future (or maybe ask for it for xmas) so any suggestions as to which one would be the best to get would be awesome. I’d prefer not to spend (or ask someone else to spend) a fortune on it.
Thanks bee’s! =)

Cricuts are amazing, but if you don’t consider yourself a crafty person I’m not sure how much use you’ll get out of it in the long run. They are pretty expensive machine once all is said and done b/c you have to buy the machine, all the paper that you want to use, the sticky mats for the paper to go through the machine on and then all the cartridges that you want to use for your projects. Cartridges alone are anywhere from $30-80 a piece — they each have a couple different fonts and designs on them so when you plug them into the Cricut it can cut out those options! My mom has a cricut and we use it all the time for scrapbooking and wedding projects …. but we’re crafty and used it alot before the engagement too! 🙂
That being said, if you buy it and only use it for wedding crafts I bet you could easily re-sell it!
