volvo321 :  Marco is fantastic! It is quiet, beautiful, the beach is amazing. There is also Tigertail beach which is also extremely pretty and they have fun beach rentals like paddleboards ect. However February might not be super warm there yet ( depending on what you consider warm- we went to Key West in Feb and foudn it too cold to really swim in the ocean comfortably but that is fairly subjective so if that is important to you, maybe choose later on in spring)  We went to Marco in May and it was just perfect.

You can also take a ferry to Key West from Marco if you want to go there for a day trip!

volvo321 :  Where do you live? The air should be plenty warm 🙂 This was just my experience, maybe other bees found it to be warm enough. I think avg temp is low 70s for Feb

volvo321 :  I have family that live in Marco and Naples.  Tigertail Beach is one of the most popular public beaches, and for good reason, it’s beautiful.  There’s not a heck of a lot to do itself on Marco, like there isn’t a lot of touristy things.  I mean it has sailing, and parasailing and activities like that, but not a lot of nightlife. But if you want a realxing vacation, it’s a good spot.

I LOVE Marco, but it is not the place to go if you’re wanting to go out and party… It’s relaxing and chill… So perfect for a honeymoon, in my opinion, but everyone likes something different. The beaches are GREAT!
