Its not unusual. You still have plenty of time between now and your wedding to get things fixed.   If you are really having issues, definitly ask to work with her manager.  That being said though, unless you have planned a bunch of weddings she probably does have some good insights into how long things take.  I would ask for a face to face meeting with her, and work with her to come up with the best timeline.  You shouldn’t have to give up something you really want, but go in with an open mind and see if what she is suggesting has merit.

Do you have a lot of friends who want to dance/party?  If not I would look at the reception lenght.  I know I want to enjoy my own reception as long as possible, but I also know that as a guest I would be ready to wrap things up after 6-7 hours at an event.  (which would be around 8 or 9).  If you sit down to eat at 4pm, finish at 5:30/6, cut cake at 7 and do toasts, your still looking at first dance at 7:30ish.  By 8:30 you may have guests ready to call it a day.  If you have a ton of people who like to party this would obviously change thing.

I hope everything works out and you are able to get this nailed down so you don’t have to stress about it!
