I’ve had all 3. But votes Keds

went off vans over time – I used to wear the slip on ones. Now i have TOMS.

Keds are more slim fitting and I wear them the most. They also go best with leggings I think.

I love my converse but sometimes i feel they make my feet look bigger with my skinny jeans.

keds do not have enough arch support for me. My daily shoes since 12 have been low top converse. Still bummed they turned hipster and trendy. When not in heels my work shoes are vans that I have had for years

I like the look of converse but they’re too trendy for me, sometimes they give off a vibe of trying too hard. I’m more of a Vans girl myself, but I’m also from the west coast so that may play a role. I’ve never worn Keds but I just bought my first pair of sparkly Keds for my wedding reception! I’m looking forward to trying them out.

I am 37. I own converse. My far more fashionable 16yo niece states Vans are the way to go.

I live in Australia, just as a FYI.

I used to wear low top Converse all the time. I’ve also had Vans in the past. While stylish, I couldn’t stand in them for long periods of time or walk very far distances. My favorite brand of shoes now are Merrell. Exceptionally well made, rugged, and super comfy.

kayleebeenees:  I personally like the look of Keds the best. Converse makes feet look long and Vans make feet look wide. However, Keds have skyrocketed price wise. I went to target and bought some shoes that look just like Keds but were only like $15 and I love them!

I like low top Converse and Van slip-ons. Keds seem like little girl or old lady shoes to me.

kayleebeenees:  I have a pair of all three and love them for different reasons! Converse make my feet look a little long though because I am between sizes for them so I mostly wear them in the fall with my non-skinny jeans. Keds have the best arch support but they had an almost kidish style so they look best with shorts or skinny jeans. I love vans and wear them with everything. You can’t go wrong with picking one of them though!

I have always adored Vans, and they come in so many colors, even in glitter!  You can also customize a pair online.  I personally didn’t find converse very comfortable, but obviously many people do.  I haven’t been a fan of Keds since the ’90’s, however, I have to admit that the glittery Kate Spade ones are gorgeous!  I love that shoes can be such a personal statement, so good luck with whatever you choose!
